THIS IS INFECTED RAIN!
Modern metalcore from Moldova, founded in 2008. Infected Rain is a true example of how success can be achieved through hard work and determination. It doesn't matter if you come from a small and poor country. Their story and growth is truly amazing. Starting from touring in small clubs, to playing on big stages, they’ve come a long way. They have an amazing fan base that has supported them from the first live until today. And the fan base is growing at a crazy pace.

Their debut album was released in 2012 and was immediately well received by fans. Greater success came with the release of the album “86” in 2017, which opened the doors to much larger stages.
Infected Rain’s music is extremely distinctive and layered. Their songs are always structured in an interesting way, combining melodic sections with incredibly powerful riffs. Their charismatic vocalist, Elena Cataraga aka Lena Scissorhands, has an astonishing vocal range — performing both melodic parts and intense, aggressive screams. Lena is also known as a warm-hearted person, very friendly and always happy to connect with fans. She has supporters all around the world.

In 2023, a new bass player, the very talented Alice Lane, joined the band. The band also features long-time drummer Eugene Voluta and very energetic guitarist Vadim Ozhog aka Vidick.

Infected Rain's latest album "Time" was released in 2024. This album was very well received. Album of the Year 2024 reached a high 10th place on the Wemetalheads.com portal.
